Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing from or using the Urban Assessments website, you agree to these terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. Products and services

• Assessments — digital HBDI® assessment access is delivered as a unique code after payment.
• Debriefs and coaching — sessions are delivered at the time booked during checkout or arranged with our team.
• Team and pair profiles — delivered as agreed with our team after purchase.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received.

4. Rescheduling and refunds

All sales are final — no refunds are provided on any product or service. Debrief sessions and group or sessional work may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice by contacting us; this reschedule option may be used once only per candidate or group, and applies to debrief and group/sessional work only. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Intellectual property

HBDI® and Whole Brain® are registered trademarks of Herrmann Global, LLC. Assessment materials remain the property of Herrmann Global and are licensed for your personal or organisational use only.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access other users' data, resell assessment codes without authorisation, or interfere with the operation of the service.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service. Assessments and coaching provide professional development insights and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.
