Who we are

Urban Assessments ("we", "us") provides HBDI® assessments, debriefs, coaching and related services. We are committed to handling your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). What we collect

• Account details — your name and email address when you create an account or sign in.
• Order and booking details — the products you purchase, sessions you book, and assessment codes issued to you.
• Enquiry details — information you submit through coaching requests, quote requests, or coach applications.
• Payment details — payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

How we use your information

• To fulfil orders, issue assessment codes, and schedule debrief or coaching sessions.
• To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
• To send transactional emails about your orders and bookings.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Assessment data

HBDI® assessments are administered by Herrmann Global, LLC. When you complete an assessment, your responses and profile are processed under Herrmann's own privacy terms. We receive only what is needed to deliver your debrief and coaching services.

Security, retention and access

Your data is stored securely and encrypted in transit. We keep records only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing sja@urbanassessments.com.
